All of my patterns are stored in a smoke and fragrance free home. I do have a non-shedding, hypoallergenic dog. Since I am not always the original purchaser of these patterns, I can't make any guarantees as to the conditions of storage before I got them. I do avoid dealing with patterns that smell of smoke or heavy fragrance.
I do my best to describe my patterns as accurately as possible and try to show the condition of the envelope in my photos. If you have any questions about the condition of an item not mentioned in my listing, please email me before purchasing.
Returns are only accepted in the event that there was an error on my part. However, if you are unhappy with an item, please contact me and I will see what I can do to make things right.
Patterns ship free to the US and Canada. Larger, heavier patterns may cost a bit more so that I can continue to offer free shipping on all of my inventory. I ship Monday through Friday, same or next business day, from the Portland, Oregon area.
Please allow up to 21 days for orders to Canada. I am not responsible if your package gets held up in customs or if you are required to pay duty on your package.
